Description
Formed in 2019, The Bowery Trio includes three of New York City’s up and coming chamber musicians: Mark Allen Jr. (clarinet), Esther Seitz (cello), and Allison Wang (piano). Between them, the Bowery Trio members are laureates of the Paris International Music Competition, the Cremona International Music Academy competition, and the American Protege competition.
The mission of The Bowery Trio is to promote lesser known works by composers of all races, ethnicities, and gender identities, and make music accessible to all. Through this mission, we hope to cultivate a love for both classical and new music in our audiences.
The album features compositions by Stephen Webb, Tuomas Kettunen and Joel Järventausta.
