Processing of personal data
The procedures applied by Uittamon Äänite Oy (hereinafter Alba) to the processing of personal data, regarding the collection of data, storage, transfer, etc. Alba processes personal data only in accordance with the legislation in force.
Personal data means data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person means a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by, for example, username, personal identity number, location information, online identification or one or more factors specific to a particular natural person.

Alba Does not process sensitive personal information.

Creating and maintaining customer relationships
We process personal data in the preparation of contracts (potential customers, suppliers or partners) and with managed and past contracts (current and former customers, suppliers or partners).
We process the personal data of individuals in order to fulfill the following obligations: processing of payments, deliveries and handling of complaints.
Company personal information is registered to maintain contact information. Registration is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships and communicating with the data subject. Personal data will only be processed for the intended purpose. The processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to be able to submit offers and fulfill our obligations under the agreement.
Marketing
ALBA processes email addresses to conduct direct marketing of the company’s products. The processing of data is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a list of contacts, maintaining business relationships and communicating with the data subject.
Disclosure of Personal Information We may share personal information with a third party involved in a business relationship. These third parties process personal information on behalf of ALBA and in accordance with the instructions. At ALBA, such third parties include transportation, delivery, marketing and IT services. ALBA has an agreement with these suppliers for the processing of the personal data processed. The agreement guarantees the lawful processing of personal data in order to comply with our security requirements and requirements regarding the disclosure of personal data.
We may transfer personal information to suppliers and resellers for administrative purposes regarding customers and contacts.
Alba will never sell personal information for direct marketing, and will only disclose it as required by mandatory law or with the consent of the data subject.
Rights
the data subject has the right, in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation, to request an extract from the register stating what information about him has been kept by ALBA. This request can be made by e-mail to alba@alba.fi.
